European Center for Minority Issues in Kosovo - ECMI Kosovo is implementing the project "Socio-Economic Reintegration for Minority Communities and other Vulnerable Marginalised Groups" with the objective to increase employability of returnees and minorities through harmonization of trainings with labour market needs. The project is funded by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
ECMI Kosovo invites Bidders to submit, free of charge, and without obligation on part of ECMI Kosovo, a bid on offering Tools and Equipment (26 packages) for 140 returnees and minorities.
Interested bidders, can send a request for Terms of Reference via email with reference number ECMI Kosovo/81282318/RTB/6 in the subject line to [email protected].
The responsible ECMI Kosovo officer will provide you with Terms of Reference within two days.
Bidders are not allowed to contact or discuss any aspect of the tender with ECMI Kosovo before closing of the tender as it will lead to automatic disqualification.
Request for Terms of Reference must be sent by e-mail to [email protected] before 15 March 2023.
Application deadline is on 24 March, 2023 at 16:00 hrs.

Ofertuesit e interesuar, mund të dërgojnë një kërkesë për Termat e Referencës përmes emailit me numrin e referencës ECMI Kosovo/81282318/RTB/6 në linjën e subjektit në [email protected].
Zyrtari përgjegjës i ECMI Kosova do t'ju ofrojë Termat e Referencës brenda dy ditëve.
Ofertuesve nuk u lejohet të kontaktojnë apo diskutojnë ndonjë aspekt të tenderit me ECMI Kosova përpara mbylljes së tenderit pasi kjo do të çojë në skualifikim automatik.
Kërkesa për Termat e Referencës duhet të dërgohet me e-mail në [email protected] para datës 15 mars 2023.
