INVITATION TO TENDER
European Centre for Minority Issues in Kosovo – ECMI Kosovo is implementing the project “Socio-Economic Reintegration for Minority Communities and other Vulnerable Marginalised Groups” with the objective to increase employability of returnees and minorities through harmonisation of trainings with labour market needs. The project is funded by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
ECMI Kosovo invites Bidders to submit, free of charge, and without obligation on part of ECMI Kosovo:
- a bid on offering Provision of Soft skills training courses and Mentoring and Coaching services divided into 2 LOTs for 200 selected beneficiaries;
- a bid on offering Provision of Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment Training Courses and Mentoring and Coaching services divided into 2 LOTs for 400 selected beneficiaries;
Interested bidders, can send a request for Terms of Reference via email with reference number ECMI Kosovo/81282318/RTB in the subject line to [email protected].
The responsible ECMI Kosovo officer will provide you with Terms of Reference within a day.
Bidders are not allowed to contact or discuss any aspect of the tender with ECMI Kosovo before closing of the tender as it will lead to automatic disqualification.

Application deadline is on 21 October, 2022 at 16:00 hrs.

Qendra Evropiane për Çështje të Minoriteteve në Kosovë – ECMI Kosovë po zbaton projektin “Riintegrimi socio-ekonomik për komunitetet pakicë dhe grupet e tjera të cenueshme të margjinalizuara” me qëllim të rritjes së punësimit të të kthyerve dhe minoriteteve përmes harmonizimit të trajnimeve me nevojat e tregut të punës. Projekti financohet nga Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
ECMI Kosova fton ofertuesit që të dorëzojnë, pa pagesë dhe pa detyrim nga ana e ECMI Kosovë:
- një ofertë për ofrimin e kurseve të trajnimit të aftësive të buta dhe shërbimeve të mentorimit dhe këshillimit të ndarë në 2 LOT për 200 përfitues të përzgjedhur;
- një ofertë për ofrimin e kurseve të trajnimit për ndërmarrësi dhe vetëpunësim dhe shërbime të mentorimit dhe këshillimit të ndarë në 2 LOT për 400 përfitues të përzgjedhur;
Ofertuesit e interesuar, mund të dërgojnë një kërkesë për Termat e Referencës përmes emailit me numrin e referencës ECMI Kosovo/81282318/RTB në rreshtin e subjektit në [email protected].
Zyrtari përgjegjës i ECMI Kosova do t'ju ofrojë Termat e Referencës brenda një dite.
Ofertuesve nuk u lejohet të kontaktojnë apo diskutojnë ndonjë aspekt të tenderit me ECMI Kosova përpara mbylljes së tenderit pasi kjo do të çojë në skualifikim automatik.
