PECB is looking for an Accreditation Officer to join our team in Prishtina, Kosova. I. Job Purpose
Work in the Compliance Department, specifically processing accreditation-related tasks. Responds to work situations with minimum guidance or direction.
II. Responsibilities, Skills & Requirements
• Support in completing accreditation applications and collecting supporting documentation
• Support in the preparation of accreditation assessments by analyzing requirements from standards and evidences of implementation
• Support during accreditation assessments
• Support in closing findings from assessments
• Follow up with stakeholders for the implementation of corrective/preventive actions from assessments
• Provide metrics and reports to management
• Implement approved policies and procedures in regard to accreditation
• Contribute to organization’s compliance management systems as needed
• Help to manage and update accreditation documents
• Respond to emails and requests
• Other related duties as they will be assigned by the management
III. Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree;
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills;
• Excellent written and spoken French communication skills (preferable);
• 2+ years of professional experience;
• Knowledge of personnel accreditation process or conformity assessment;
• Ability to understand and interpret accreditation requirements;
• Great analytical skills;
• Ability to work effectively with people at various levels throughout the organization;
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a high pace, dynamic environment;
• Willing to learn and grow as well as to challenge and contribute to ideas;
• Work well independently with minimum supervision;
• Excellent interpersonal skills
