CONCORDIA Gemeinnützige Privatstiftung (këtu e tutje CONCORDIA Austri) është një organizatë ndërkombëtare, e pavarur, joqeveritare e përkushtuar për të ndihmuar fëmijët, të rinjtë, familjet si dhe grupet e margjinalizuara (shoqërore dhe etnike) në nevojë, drejt një jete të pavarur dhe të përgjegjshme. Kjo është bërë në bashkëpunim të ngushtë me shoqatat e motrave të saj në Bullgari, Rumani, Republikën e Moldavisë, Gjermani dhe (të reja) në Republikën e Kosovës. Së bashku, ata përfaqësojnë Projektet Sociale CONCORDIA (këtu e tutje: CONCORDIA). Deklarata e misionit CONCORDIAs është të "shkosh atje ku nevoja është më e madhe ... dhe ku të tjerët të mos shkojnë"!
CONCORDIA Projekte Sociale është themeluar në Kosovë në Dhjetor 2020 dhe mori Qendrën Loyola Tranzit në Prizren nga ish organizata transportuese Association Loyola Gymnasium, e cila nga 1 janari 2021 u bë CONCORDIA Tranzit Center. Qendra është e vendosur në lagjen Tranzit, në veri të qytetit Prizren, ku jetojnë grupe të bashkësive të ndryshme etnike. Qendra trashëgon një program arsimor të fëmijërisë së hershme me dy grupe, një program mbështetje shkollor, duke përfshirë udhëzime për detyrat e shtëpisë dhe klasa shtesë, një shkollë muzike, përfshin një seminar krijues dhe ofron një vakt të ngrohtë për të 65 përfituesit e saj.
Me qëllimin e përgjithshëm për të shkaktuar ndryshime të qëndrueshme pozitive në jetën e fëmijëve, të rinjve, familjeve me të cilat ata punojnë, si dhe grupeve të margjinalizuara, CONCORDIA përqendrohet në:
- Sigurimi i një jete të përditshme funksionale që ofron mbrojtje, përkatësi dhe sigurim
- Nxitja e kapaciteteve për vetëvendosje dhe "aftësi jetësore" qendrore (vetëbesim, vetë-efikasitet dhe aftësi sociale)
- Mobilizimi i potencialit (krijues) të secilit individ
- Nxitja e një lidhjeje të sigurt të fëmijëve dhe të rinjve (si një parakusht i rëndësishëm për zhvillimin e aftësive të jetës)
Përgjegjësitë kryesore:
• Përgjegjës për aktivitetet për programin e edukimit të fëmijërisë së hershme dhe për mbështetjen e detyrave të shtëpisë për nxënësit e klasave nga 1 deri në 9,
• Përgjegjës për koordinimin e vullnetarëve të regjistruar në Qendër,
• Koordinon takimet me mësuesit dhe prindërit e shkollës,
• Krijon një mjedis të suksesshëm dhe shembullor të të nxënit në aktivitetet në klasë bazuar në nevojat e studentëve,
• Zbaton një koncept gjithëpërfshirës dhe inovativ të mësimdhënies dhe të nxënit, me theks të veçantë në zhvillimin socio-emocional të secilit fëmijë,
• Bashkëpunon me një ekip multietnik, në mënyrë që të zhvillojë më tej konceptin pedagogjik të Qendrës.
Një Përshkrimi i detajuar i Punës do të paraqitet dhe diskutohet me kandidatin përfundimtar.

• I diplomuar në fakultetin pedagogjik
• Ka kualifikim si mësues për një shkollë fillore dhe të mesme
• Ka mbi 3 vjet përvojë mësimore
• Ka njohuri për edukimin përmirësues
• Ka aftësi të provuara nga menaxhmenti i klasës
• Ka njohuri në lidhje me trendet dhe ndryshimet aktuale pedagogjike dhe legjislative
• Ka fleksibilitet, entuziazëm dhe dëshirë për të marrë përgjegjësi
• Gjuhët e folura: shqip (gjuhë amtare) dhe anglisht (minimumi B1)
• Angazhohet për të respektuar CONCORDIA Politikën e Mbrojtjes së Fëmijëve dhe të gjitha politikat dhe procedurat e tjera të organizatës.

Teacher for CONCORDIA TRANZIT CENTRE, a project of CONCORDIA PROJEKTE SOCIALE KOSOVO
Background
CONCORDIA Gemeinnützige Privatstiftung (hereafter CONCORDIA Austria) is an international, independent, non-governmental organisation dedicated to helping children, young people, families as well as (socially and ethnically) marginalised groups in need, towards an independent and responsible life. This is done in close cooperation with its sister associations in Bulgaria, Romania, the Republic of Moldova, Germany and (new) in Republic of Kosovo. Together, they represent CONCORDIA Social Projects (hereafter: CONCORDIA). CONCORDIAs mission statement is to “go where the need is greatest…and where others don’t go”!
CONCORDIA Projekte Sociale has been established in Kosovo in December 2020 and took over the Loyola Tranzit Centre in Prizren from the former carrier organization Association Loyola Gymnasium, which from 1st of January 2021 became CONCORDIA Tranzit Centre. The Centre is located in the neighborhood of Tranzit, north of the city Prizren, where groups of different ethnical communities live. The Centre inherits an early childhood education program with two groups, a school support program, including homework tutorials and additional classes, a music school, comprises a creative workshop, and offers a warm meal to all its 65 beneficiaries.
With the overall goal to trigger sustainable positive changes in the lives of children, young people, families they work with, as well as marginalized groups CONCORDIA focuses on:
- Securing a functioning everyday life that offers protection, belonging and provision
- Fostering the capacities for self-determination and central „life skills“ (self-confidence, self-efficacy and social skills)
- Mobilising each individual’s (creative) potential
- Fostering a secure bonding of children and youth (as an important pre-condition for the development of life skills)
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for the activities for early childhood education program and for homework support for students grades 1st to 9th,
• Responsible for coordination of volunteers registered to the Centre,
• Coordinates meetings with school teachers and parents,
• Creates a successful and exemplary learning environment in classroom activities based on students' needs,
• Implements an inclusive and innovative teaching and learning concept, with special emphasis on the socio-emotional development of each child,
• Cooperates with a multiethnic team, in order to further develop the pedagogical concept of the Centre.

The ideal candidate:
• Graduate of pedagogy faculty
• Has qualification as a teacher for a primary and secondary school
• Has over 3 years of teaching experience
• Has knowledge of remedial education
• Has skills proven by class management
• Has knowledge about current pedagogical and legislative trends and changes
• Has flexibility, enthusiasm and desire to assume responsibilities
• Languages spoken: Albanian (mother tongue) and English (minimum B1)
• Commits to respect CONCORDIA Child Protection Policy and all the other policies and procedures of the organization.
