Ndihma Njerëzore Norvegjeze (NPA) është një organizatë humanitare e themeluar në lëvizjen norvegjeze të punës themeluar në vitin 1936. NPA po punon aktualisht në më shumë se 30 vende të botës.
Në Kosovë, NPA ka nisur një Program të Çarmatimit Humanitar që fillimisht do të përqëndrohet në Çminimin Humanitar, veçanërisht në pastrimin e municioneve thërrmuese në Kosovën e veriut. Programi aktualisht punëson 28 punonjës.
Në gjysmën e dytë të 2018, NPA synon të kryejë një sondazh teknik duke përdorur qenët e zbulimit të minave dhe pastrimin e minave pranë Guvnistës në komunën e Leposaviqit, në veri të Kosovës. Për këtë ne jemi duke kërkuar për 3 kandidatë me eksperiencë me sfond të mëparshëm nga pastrimi i minave.
Periudha e punësimit është fillimisht 4 muaj dhe puna do të fillojë me trajnimin e freskimit në javën e dytë të korrikut 2018.
Kandidatët nga Leposaviqi inkurajohen të aplikojnë dhe kandidatët e tjerë do të pajisen me akomodim pranë detyrës.
Përshkrimi i punës:
• Zbatimi i sigurt dhe cilësor i aktiviteteve operacionale sipas Procedurave Standarde të Operimit (SOP) për detyrat e caktuara nga Menaxheri i Faqes / Udhëheqësi i Ekipit.
• Posedimi i dokumenteve personale dhe çanta e ndihmës së parë.
• Trajtimi dhe mirëmbajtja e duhur e cakton pajisjet dhe mjetet.
• Realizimi i detyrave të tjera për NPA HD Kosova.
• Punoni në rreshtin e punës ose në kuti sipas urdhrit nga Menaxheri i Faqes / Udhëheqësi i Ekipit, gjatë gjithë kohës duke respektuar dispozitat e PSO-së mbi teknikat operative dhe elementët e sigurisë.
• Kryeni shënimin e kufirit të detyrave ose të kutisë në fillim, gjatë dhe në fund të pastrimit ose të studimit teknik.
• Ndihmon në evakuimin e personit të dëmtuar nga terreni në rast aksidenti.
• Informimi i Menaxherit të Faqes / Udhëheqësit të Ekipit për shkelje të sigurisë ose shkeljes së dispozitave të PSO-së nga anëtarë të tjerë të ekipit.

Operacionet e pastrimit kërkojnë komunikim të vazhdueshëm dhe shkëmbim informacioni me popullatën lokale. Pasi që ekipet e përziera gjinore janë më të përshtatshme për t'u lidhur me të gjitha gjinitë, kandidatët femra inkurajohen të aplikojnë.

Norwegian People-s Aid (NPA) is a humanitarian organization rooted in the Norwegian labor movement established in 1936. NPA is currently working in more than 30 countries around the world.
In Kosovo NPA has re-started a Humanitarian Disarmament Programme that initially will focus on Humanitarian Demining, in particular on clearance of Cluster Munitions in northern Kosovo. The program currently employs 28 staff.
In second half of 2018 NPA intends to conduct technical survey using mine detection dogs and mine clearance near Guvniste in Leposavic municipality, northern Kosovo. For this we are looking for 3 experienced candidates with former background from mine clearance.
The employment period is initially 4 months and the work will begin with refreshment training in the second week of July 2018.
Candidates from Leposavic are encouraged to apply, and other candidates will be provided with accommodation near the task.
Job description:
• Safe and quality implementation of operational activities according to the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) to the tasks assigned by the Site Manager/ Team Leader.
• Possession of personal documents and first aid kit.
• Proper handling and maintenance of assigns equipment and tools.
• Performance of other tasks for the NPA HD Kosovo.
• Work in working line or box as order by the Site Manager/ Team Leader, all the time respecting the SOP provision on operating techniques and safety elements.
• Perform marking of the task border or the box on the beginning, during and at the end of clearance or technical survey.
• Assisting in evacuation of injured person from the field in case of accident.
• Informing the Site Manager/ Team Leader about violation of safety or breach of the SOP provisions by other team members.
- Education requirements/ Skills/ Qualifications

- High school diploma;
- Certificate of successfully completed Basic Demining Training
- Documented work experience in demining
- Willingness to work with different ethnicities
- Good command of both written and spoken Albanian or Serbian. Working knowledge of English and second official language in Kosovo is an advantage.
Clearance operations requires continuous communication and exchange of information with the local population. As mixed gender teams are better suited to get in touch with all genders, female candidates are encouraged to apply.
